Prescription drugs cited in Heather Locklear DUI charge
Prosecutors in Santa Barbara have charged
Heather Locklear with misdemeanor driving under the influence,citing prescription drugs.
The California Highway Patrol said the actress showed "obviousimpairment" when an officer noticed her car parked on a highwayand blocking a lane in Montecito in September, but that alcohol wasruled out. She was tested for drugs at a police station andreleased....
