After dodging questions two months ago about a highly dramatic weight loss that caused widespread public concern, "The Biggest Loser" winner Rachel Frederickson says she welcomes her recent weight gain.

"I've gone up about 20 pounds," the 5-foot, 5-inch Los Angeles voice-over artist said in Us Weekly Thursday. Now hitting 125 pounds, "I think I'm at my perfect weight!" she says.

Having dropped 155 pounds to win the 15th season of the NBC show, Frederickson says now that, "I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," adding, "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."

Frederickson's 105-pound frame on the Feb. 4 season finale caused a flood of concern on social media. But the 24-year-old, who lost 59.62 percent of her body mass over 7 1/2 months, appears unconcerned, telling Us the backlash was "a gift" that "started a discussion about body image. That's huge."
