THE OTHER KATHY IRELAND. On part two of the season finale of Bravo's "Million Dollar Decorators," tomorrow night at 10, decorator Kathryn Ireland finishes fixing up Lindsay Lohan's new rented house in Los Angeles. The actress cleverly got the show to do it for free. "She ain't no fool," Ireland tells Newsday. "She's one smart girl who knows her worth. And she was really nice to work with," the decorator adds. She didn't show up for the series' traditional reveal, however, since it was scheduled to shoot June 8 -- the same day Lohan had her car accident en route to the "Liz & Dick" TV-movie set. "She was meant to come to the house for the reveal, but her day got slightly messed up," the UK-born Ireland understates. "She went to the house on the weekend and saw it on her own. And she texted me immediately saying something like, 'I'm crying, it's so beautiful.' "
