ActorRobert De Niro, 70, showed his emotional side -- even shaking and sobbing -- during an interview with Out magazine about making a documentary on the artistic career and openly gay life of his late father, Robert De Niro Sr. "I felt obligated. It was my responsibility to make a documentary about him. I was always planning on doing it, but never did," De Niro said. It was Jane Rosenthal, his partner at Tribeca Enterprises, who convinced him to finally make "Remembering the Artist: Robert De Niro Sr." The documentary, which was well-received when it premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January, airs June 9 at 9 p.m. on HBO.
