Reality-TV star Tori Spelling reportedly was secretly hospitalized for nearly a week before being discharged Saturday afternoon.

E! News claimed Sunday the actress and lifestyle author, 40, who has been actively shooting the Lifetime reality show "True Tori," left an unnamed hospital shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday, wearing a hospital band on her wrist as her husband, Dean McDermott, ushered her into an SUV. E! said McDermott, who had cheated on Spelling in December, had been by her side up to 10 hours each day of her stay.

Spelling confirmed to Us Weekly in mid-April that McDermott, 47, her husband of seven years, had been unfaithful. "He was my soul mate, but he completely broke my heart," Spelling said. "It makes you not trust anything that's happened in your relationship."

The two have four children -- Liam, 7, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 20 months -- and starred together on the 2007-2012 Oxygen reality show "Tori & Dean."

According to reports in December, McDermott had a two-night tryst with Canadian actress Emily Goodhand, 28, at a Toronto hotel while he was promoting the Food Network show "Chopped Canada," which he hosts.
