Chris Brown has reportedly filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of his 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, according to TMZ.com.

The site reports that Brown and the baby's mother, Nia Guzman, have been fighting over child support and custody of Royalty. TMZ.com claims that Guzman is demanding $15,000 a month in child support from Brown. (He has reportedly been paying $2,500 a month.)

According to reports, Brown, 26, is also hoping the legal action will help him to establish a clear custody arrangement as well as a fair child-support settlement.

As Stephen Colbert awaits his return to late-night TV, the new "Late Show" host popped up on the Michigan public access show, "Only in Monroe." He even had a special guest to interview -- rapper Eminem.

During the interview, shot on location in the local access channel's studio, Colbert acted as if he didn't know who Eminem was. "So you're from Detroit?" Colbert asked. He then questioned Eminem's status as a Detroit native by quizzing him on songs by another Michigander, Bob Seger.

"You claim you're from Michigan, but you don't know any of these songs," Colbert chided him.

Later, in talking to Eminem about his music, he jokingly asked "So, where do you hope this goes. Is this a career or more of a hobby?"
