After collaborating on a "Birthday Cake" remix, as well as the buzzed-about song "Nobody's Business" in 2012, another of Chris Brown and Rihanna's duets, "Put It Up," has hit the Web.

"Put It Up" is assumed to be a leftover track from Brown's last album. In fact, he discussed the collaboration during an April 2013 interview with MTV.

"I wanted to do an R&B record with Rihanna because I didn't want it to be the same four-on-the-floor pop," Brown said. "At the end of the day, that's what they expect from us, so I wanted to do more of a record that nobody really heard her sing on as far as that genre."

The two broke up a few weeks after Brown teased the song in the interview.

Cannon on 'negativity'

While appearing on Monday on Meredith Vieira's show, Nick Cannon talked about his divorce from Greenlawn native Mariah Carey. In particular, Cannon addressed how most of the stories written about their split are not true.

"It's extremely disappointing when you see that people just want to perpetuate negativity when there is no negativity even involved," he said.

Cannon told Extra in March that he is single at the moment. "I don't have time," he said. "I'm trying to focus on being the best father I can possibly be, and business."
