It's time once again for the top entertainment-related Twitter posts from Hudson Valley celebrities.
It warrants mentioning that all of this week's celebrity tweets were posted and selected for this weekly feature before Friday's tragedy in Newtown, Conn.
In fourth place is Palisades native Hayden Panettiere, who celebrated the news that she'd earned her first Golden Globe nomination for her work on ABC's "Nashville."

Panettiere has turned a lot of heads with her portrayal of Juliette Barns, an up-and-coming country artist with a dark back story.
"A great thing about the show is that it's real and it's honest, and that's why people are drawn to it," Panettiere told Newsday Westchester before the premiere.
Evidently, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association agrees.
At No. 3 is "Key & Peele" star Jordan Peele, who attended Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville/Yonkers. As every comedian knows, timing is everything, and Peele's well-aware that Twitter would be a lot different if Oscar Wilde were born 100 years later.

Whether you like Wilde or not, there's no doubt he'd have tallied thousands of retweets and favorites, every time he posted.
This week's runner-up is Paul Teutul Jr., who just wrapped his decade-long run on "American Chopper," which was filmed at Orange County Choppers in Newburgh and Paul Jr. Designs in nearby Rock Tavern. The reality-TV series rode off into the sunset Tuesday with a "bike-off" in the finale, which was broadcast live from Las Vegas.

Had he won millions, I'm wondering if another season of "American Chopper" would have been ordered, just to document all the gold and platinum motorcycles he'd design. (Sure, they'd be slow, and likely not street-legal, but they'd look pretty!)
At the top spot this week is 13-year-old phenom Carly Rose Sonenclar, who just advanced next week's finale of "The X Factor." Mamaroneck's fastest-rising star had been diplomatic enough with judge Demi Lovato to avoid butting heads — until this week.

Sonenclar is going to have to keep her head in the game if she wants to win the "X Factor" title — and the $5 million recording contract that comes with it.
