Nature's Discovery Playground open in Scarsdale

How would your kids like to climb through a forest like a squirrel, swing from a tree like a monkey and take a rest on a leaf like a ladybug? Young adventurers and their families are invited to find out at the Nature’s Discovery Playground at Greenburgh Nature Center in Scarsdale.
To encourage outdoor exploration, all of the equipment at this unique playground, designed for kids 2 to 12 years old, is nature-themed. There is a tree house, a tree swing, a nature-adventure climbing structure and a forest-habitat climbing structure. Even spectators can get in on the fun: the benches are designed to look like oak leaves.
Info: Greenburgh Nature Center, 99 Dromore Rd., Scarsdale; 914-723-3470; greenburghnaturecenter.org; free, donations welcome
