From the dinner menu, experience Tex-Mex cuisine with a cajun flare in the Pancho's Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya, with red rice cooked with chorizo sausage, poblano chiles, chicken, shrimp and served with a side of fried Plantains for $16.95.
