Brickhouse Brewery & Restaurant puts the emphasis on the first and does pretty well with the second, too. You can sample seven house-made brews at this colorful and friendly spot. The fare is more ambitious than the usual pub stuff. Yes, you can have burgers in many guises. Or dive into ribs. Sandwiches are abundant and generous. But the kitchen sends out rosy, fine tuna and moist, grilled salmon, some respectable pastas, and marinated steaks. On the beverage front, you'll enjoy Brickhouse's ale, pilsner and stout.
