Staller Center events this fall
From string quartets to classic Shakespearean masterpieces, this fall at the Staller Center will include a variety of shows
"Donka -- A Letter to Chekhov," the latest theatrical creation by Daniele Finzi Pasca, makes its New York premiere at Staller Center, Stony Brook, on Nov. 10, 2012, in advance of its run at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
The Emerson String Quartet, resident ensemble of Stony Brook University, will be in concert at Staller Center, performing a program of Mozart, Bartok and Dvorak Nov. 27, 2012. Earlier next month, on Nov. 9, "Starry Nights," a concert by other resident professional musicians of the Stony Brook faculty, including cellist Colin Carr and pianist Gilbert Kalish, will be presented in the Recital Hall.
