Eight is enough for this year’s slate of best-picture nominees, and here’s your chance to see them all in one — or two — fell swoops.

AMC’s Best Picture Showcase, a marathon of this year’s candidates for Oscar’s top prize, returns on Feb. 20 and 27 at theaters in Garden City, Huntington, Levittown, Rockville Centre, Stony Brook and Westbury. As usual, you can buy tickets for two weeks and see four films each day, or settle in for all eight nominees on Feb. 27.

The Feb. 20 lineup kicks off with “Bridge of Spies” at 10 a.m., followed by “Room” at 12:45 p.m., “Mad Max: Fury Road” at 3:05 p.m. and “The Big Short” at 6:10 p.m. The following Saturday will feature “Brooklyn” at 10 a.m., “Spotlight” at 12:15 p.m., “The Martian” at 2:45 p.m. and “The Revenant” at 6:15 p.m.

If you opt to see all eight films on Feb. 27, starting with “Brooklyn” at 10:30 a.m. and wrapping with “The Martian” at 5:10 the next morning, there is a caveat: AMC has stated that the one-day event will only occur at a specific theater if 75 seats are reserved.

Tickets are $60 for two Saturdays, and $65 for the eight-film marathon. For more details, go to amctheatres.com/events/best-picture-showcase
