Sting, Jerry Lee Lewis, Raitt added to Rock Hall anniversary shows
The already-A-list Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th anniversary concert lineups got even more impressive yesterday, as organizers added Sting, Jerry Lee Lewis, Jeff Beck, Jackson Browne and Bonnie Raitt.
Sting, Browne and Raitt will be part of the Oct. 29 show at Madison Square Garden, which already boasted Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Stevie Wonder, Simon & Garfunkel and Crosby, Stills and Nash. Lewis and Beck have been added to the Oct. 30 show, which includes U2, Aretha Franklin, Eric Clapton and Metallica.
Organizers of the concert, which benefits the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, say additional guests will be added to both shows. Tickets range from $75 to $2,500 and remain available through Ticketmaster.PHOTO: Stevie Wonder and Sting at the Obama inauguration by Associated Press.
