Matthew Koma unveils 'Parachute' video

Matthew Koma is ready to make the leap.
The Seaford native unveiled the video for his debut single “Parachute” (Interscope) Tuesday afternoon, a catchy pop number that splits the difference between his rock roots and the EDM world where he has recently found success, teaming with heavy-hitting DJs like Swedish House Mafia’s Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso and Zedd. (His collaboration with Zedd, “Spectrum,” is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s dance charts and has crossed over to the pop and Heatseekers charts.)
“Parachute” is currently on the EP Koma released while he was on tour opening for LMFAO and is expected to be on his forthcoming solo debut due out early next year.
Koma is currently on tour with Owl City.
