Billy Joel has added a 10th show to his open-ended run at Madison Square Garden.Tickets for Joel’s show on Oct. 2 are $64.50-$124.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster (800-745-3000, ticketmaster.com). Foreigner, Styx and former Eagles guitarist Don Felder are set to provide The Soundtrack of Summer with a tour, including a stop at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on June 28.
