Ol' Blue Eyes or Hova - who recorded New York City's true anthem?

That's what the MSG Network wants to know, and the polls are open at msg.com/sinatra to vote for Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" or Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind."

If you need help deciding, tune in to MSG at 10:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4 - Jay's b-day - to watch "Answer the Call: Jay-Z Live From Madison Square Garden," the charity concert the hip-hop legend performed Sept. 11. Jay's show will be followed by "Frank Sinatra: The Main Event, Live at Madison Square Garden," the classic concert from October 1974. (MSG Network replays the two concerts Saturday.)

Voting at the site ends at noon Dec. 7.

So, New York, it's now up to you - will the winner be the Chairman of the Board or the former chief executive of Def Jam Records?
