Katie Holmes will reportedly only take home $400,000 per year from Tom Cruise following their divorce settlement, TMZ reported earlier Friday.
Based on their prenuptial agreement, Holmes is not entitled to any of Cruise's reported $250 million fortune as marital property, TMZ said. However, he'll fork over $400,000 annually for child support until their daughter Suri, 6, is 18 years old.
Holmes and Cruise said in July they had reached an agreement less than two weeks into their headline-dominating divorce case (they were married in Italy in 2006). Their lawyers and representatives wouldn't disclose details. Records filed in a New York City court indicate the case was closed Monday.
Holmes, 33, will next be seen in "Dead Accounts" on Broadway. She'll also appear in a modern adaptation of Chekhov's "The Seagull" and will soon begin filming "Molly," which she co-wrote and will produce.
