Is it time for a "Nantucket Sleighride" yet? Maybe you just want to learn how to play that classic Mountain tune.

"Leslie West - The Sound and The Story," a guitar instruction and documentary DVD, is out. There's three hours of footage as well as the breakdown of Mountain's greatest hits, including "Mississippi Queen" and "Theme From an Imaginary Western."
Sprinkled in among the guitar exercises are appearances from other guitar greats, including another Long Island guy, Joe Satriani.
And if you want to see the Mountain man in action live, his other band - West, Bruce (Jr.) & Laing - plays the Theatre at Westbury Jan. 29.
