Is she or isn't she?

Long Island's famed Lolita, Amy Fisher, says she is not promoting her scandalous sex tape Friday night in a Manhattan night club where she will be spinning records, despite a press release claiming the video "will be displayed" by the club's owners.

The 33-year-old mother of two says the video of her and her husband having sex was taped last year and was later sold by her husband Louie Bellera, 46, to a Los Angeles porno company after he had a jealous fit over Fisher's rekindled romance with ex-boyfriend Joey Buttafuco.

Fisher said yesterday at Retox -- a Chelsea night club -- during a news conference that she has forgiven her husband for his misdeed of revenge. She said the two are ironing out their differences and are determined to save their marriage.

Despite Fisher's repeated attempts to say that she is not promoting her sex video and that it will not be shown at the club, she admits that part of her settlement with the porno company that released the sex tape is that she must "acknowledge it and discuss it."

"It's part of the settlement - it's a fine line,'' she said dressed in a 1970s black elephant pants outfit with a matching halter top and spike leather boots.

"When I am interviewed about it I have to discuss it,'' she said coyly. Adding that her new career as a DJ will including doing "product endorsements.'' However, she and her publicist refused to name other products Fisher will be promoting.

"The whole world is asking me about the sex tape. It is the number one adult video sold,'' she said. "But I want to make it crystal clear that I did not sell this tape -- my husband did while we were going through a nasty divorce. It hurt me and humiliated me but I have forgiven him and we have reconciled. We are trying our best.''

Since the November release of the tape from last year, Fisher had reached a settlement with the adult video company, Red Light, and received a "lump sum'' of cash, which she refuses to disclose.
