NYC Picks: Latino Film Festival
The Ninth Annual New York International Latino Film

1. "The Ministers" stars John Leguizamo as fanatical twin brothers, bent on getting revenge on the murders of their family.

2. "La Corona" ("The Crown") "Laughing Silently/ Street Witness." Colombian women are obsessed with beauty. Beauty pageants in Colombia have been known to get higher TV ratings than World Cup Soccer.

3. "7 Soles" ("7 Suns" - Subtitled) "Negro" is hired to smuggle a group of undocumented migrants into the United States.

4. "South of Pico" is a drama about four strangers who witness a tragedy.

5. "All of Us." A young doctor embarks on a research project to find out why black women are being infected with HIV at an alarming rate in the South Bronx.
