Mariah Carey was a "Vision of Love' -- or maybe make that lust -- when she took the stage in Atlanta over the weekend.
The "Touch My Body" singer -- known as much for squeezing into skintight dresses as she is for her five-octave voice -- was at the So So Def 20th Anniversary concert Saturday night ... and then she lifted her arms just a little too high and they stole the show, USA Today reports.
E! put it best: "Just call it the emancipation of Mariah's little 'Mimi.'"
