Anne Hathaway's voice is front and center in this new trailer for "Les Miserables," a sure vote of confidence in her ability to carry a musical movie.

That's somewhat surprising, given that the film's other star, Hugh Jackman, has Broadway credentials and is probably far more accustomed to singing than Hathaway (her song-and-dance routine with her future co-star at an Oscar ceremony...

One problem with being a family-oriented blog is that we can't post stuff like the newly-released and slightly risque teaser for "Anchorman 2," the long-awaited Will Ferrell comedy. We can tell you that it features the old foursome of Ferrell, David Koechner, Paul Rudd and Steve Carell. But we can't link to it, so our best advice is to visit your favorite search engine. Happy viewing....

The new trailer for “Skyfall,” the third James Bond film to star Daniel Craig, was posted earlier today, offering a glimpse at this moody-looking, Sam Mendes-directed installment.

Along with the usual images of effect-driven destruction and Craig wearing nice suits, the trailer provides a series of atmospheric images: an interrogation room, a chilly-looking London street,...

Sacha Baron Cohen's spoof of rogue-state tyrants has been shut out of the Central Asian state of Tajikistan, according to Agence France-Presse.

Cohen's character, General Admiral Aladeen, may hit a little too close to home for Tajikistan's current president, Emomalii Rahmon, a former Soviet apparatchik who came to power during a civil war and has ruled the country since 1992. The U.S. State...

Donna Summer in 'Thank God It's Friday'

As a tribute to Donna Summer, who died today at 63, here's the opening credit sequence to her 1978 film "Thank God It's Friday." Summer, who stars as an aspiring disco singer, is probably the only person involved with this flop who didn't regret it.

Set in the fictional Los Angeles nightclub The Zoo, "Thank God It's Friday" follows several characters over the course...

At even the hint of possible...
