The end of "Curb your Enthusiasm?

Could this be the end of "Curb?"
There was Cheryl - back in his arms, though almost certainly wondering about the advisability of this reunion. "Reunion" of course was the theme of the entire seventh season. Larry reuniting with Cheryl. Seinfeld reuniting with Larry. The cast of "Seinfeld" reuniting on "Curb.' Mission accomplished. Now what? The seventh season was ferociously funny. Like LD's drink stain caper, it was a triumph, too. A complete and total triumph. There were weak spots in individual episodes but overall, everything worked. Mission accomplished. Now what? Some years ago e.p and star Jeff Garlin told me - for some column I was working on at the end of one of the early seasons, I think the third - that David would probably retire. He had done everything he wanted to do. The process of producing the show was also grueling, with LD spending endless hours, days, even months in edit. He was exhausted. Time to get out while the plaudits continued. Of course, Jeff was wrong. Now, where does Larry David go? The idea of the drink stain was intriguing. The stain was a circle and David too had come full circle. He had reunited the cast of one of the greatest shows in TV history - something no one else had ever come close to accomplishing - and even fictionally redressed a failure in his own life - his marriage.
Circle closed.
Also, "Curb" began exactly ten years ago.
Circle closed. Also, "Seinfeld" began exactly twenty years ago. Circle closed. The two Larry David's - the real Larry David and the quasi-fictional Larry David - had reunited by season's end as well. Peace in Larry David's time? Personal happiness and gratification? A sense that finally he had done right by friends and family and even himself? Did Larry David - LD - finally learn something about himself, even though his whole life was and has been rigorously devoted to learning nothing about it (at least on screen)? That seemed to be the message of the finale. But happiness is the death - the brutal, bloody, merciless death - of LD's form of comedy. So...could this be the end? And on an end-note, allow me to address the "Seinfeld" reunion. It was joyful, and as a friend of mine so astutely observed, it was as though they had never even left our lives. They were all there, in the same restaurant (Tom's...oops, Monk's), in the same booth, and in the same state of endless tail-chasing.Their circle was finally closed too.
