Beyond TV: 'Doctor Who' director at Paley

'DOCTOR WHO' BEGINNINGS Waris Hussein directed the first episode of the time-tripping series "Doctor Who," which aired in Great Britain Nov. 23, 1963, and was obscured by the headline of the day.
