Elliott Yamin is back in Angola for "American Idol" Gives Back and he brings Kara DioGuardi with him. Elliott was always one of my favorite contestants, one of the most decent people ever on the show.

Kara, per usual, talks way too much and too loudly over everything; she's quick on her feet, but it'd be nice to see evidence of more reflection. She does seem to sincerely care, though; nobody would make the trip unless they did.

Transition to Brooke White and Justin Gaston singing. She really does have a nice voice and tone, even if her personality got grating after a while. They're pretty good together, such different voices on Elvis' "Peace and Understanding."
