Lilly Scott closes out the top eight women's night on "American Idol" with "I Fall to Pieces." It's a brave choice, hard to compete with the iconic Patsy Kline version we've all got in our heads.

She's not bad, in a long bluish dress; a few flat spots, but a nice twang, and it seems to fit her. I don't know, nothing great or bad for me, most notable thing is her huge earrings I think.

Randy just says it was good; Ellen loves her voice; Kara says it felt current, Simon says it was brave to choose that song, but no "wow!" factor, cute and quirky but could've been a risky thing to do.

And we're out of time. Poor Lilly, she did something different, no time really to digest it.
