B.B. Andersen dead, 'Survivor' Season 1 contestant was 77

R.I.P. Contractor and real-estate developer B.B. Andersen, the second person ever voted off "Survivor," in 2000's season one, died Oct. 29, age 77, in Kansas City, Mo., reports The Kansas City Star. The cause was brain cancer. He is the second "Survivor" competitor to pass away, following Jennifer Lyon of 2005's "Survivor: Palau," who died of breast cancer in January 2010.

CASTING. NBC's "America's Got Talent" will be auditioning in Manhattan on Nov. 16 and 17, from "approximately" 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., as the show's audition website puts it. The locale is the building formerly housing Mercedes Benz of Manhattan, 536 W. 41st St., at 11th Ave. Preregister at americasgottalentauditions.com.

FINALES. With past-season player Miranda Jory out, three more returning veterans -- Tate Steinsiek of Brooklyn, Roy Wooley and Laura Tyler -- face off on the finale of "Face Off" season five, tomorrow at 9 p.m. on Syfy. Then Friday at 8 p.m., youngsters Alexander and Dara will cook their little hearts out on the finale of Fox's "MasterChef Junior."

PREMIERES. It's a two-hour twofer on Bravo Monday night, with the combined season-four premiere of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and the season two premiere of its spinoff "Vanderpump Rules," starting at 8... "Moonshiners" is back for a third season of backwoods bootlegging Tuesday at 8 p.m. on Discovery... Then at 10, it's season three of Bravo's Iranian-American series "Shahs of Sunset."... Wednesday at 11 p.m., MTV2 debuts the dispute-resolution show "Guy Court."...  WE goes behind the scenes with the startup band The Lylas -- Bruno Mars' four sisters -- starting 9 p.m. Friday... Saturday at 9 p.m., National Geographic Wild introduces the animal-worker series "Jobs That Bite!"

RECAPS. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and professional partner Sasha Farber were voted off "Dancing with the Stars."... Dolvett Quince used his one-time "trainer's save" to keep Tanya Winfield on "The Biggest Loser."... Laura Boneham went to Redemption Island and Kat Edorsson got cut on "Survivor."... "Top Chef" ousted Michael Sichel... and neither Renee Bhagwandeen nor Chris Hernandez will be "America's Next Top Model."
