E! News said on Thursday it was the network's decision to cut her. People magazine, citing an unnamed source in Glanville's camp, said it was the former model's decision to leave after three seasons. Both outlets said it was possible she might return as a guest, as she was in Season 2.

Prior to E!'s report, Glanville, 42, tweeted, "I woke up with a sore throat and a HUGE decision to make today! #RHOBH Will let you all know later I promise!!"
