Every day this week, we’re sharing yearbook photos of some of your favorite Hudson Valley celebrities. The catch? You’re going to have to guess the identity of the local celeb based on his or her photo, and some fun facts.
Today’s mystery celeb was a TV legend (yes, he is sadly no longer with us) who had a squeaky-clean image that stayed with him throughout his decades-long career.
So who is this Hudson Valley star? Here are some more clues:
1. He was born in Bronxville and attended A.B. Davis High School in Mount Vernon, where he was named "The Man Most Likely to Sell the Brooklyn Bridge."
2. This celeb was a true renaissance man: He hosted game shows, radio programs and music performance shows. He also produced a variety of TV specials and awards shows, including the American Music Awards, which he created.
3. He and his wife lived in Malibu in a unique, rock-like mansion that has been described as similar to Fred Flintstone's house. It is currently on the market for $3.5 million.
Think you know who it is? Let us know in the comments, and then come back here tomorrow for the next celebrity yearbook photo. We’ll reveal the identities of all the stars next week in a special photo gallery.
