KAT VON APOLOGY. Tattoo-artist reality star Kat Von D has pugnaciously apologized for an offensively named lipstick shade in her new Sephora collection. In a Facebook diatribe Saturday attacking blogger Kim Stagliano -- who found the lipstick's name demeaning to those with developmental issues -- Von D nonetheless admitted, "I made a mistake in naming a lipstick [that]." Sephora, the lipstick's exclusive retailer, has discontinued the product, telling Canada's CTV News, "It has come to our attention that the name of one shade of lipstick we carry has caused offense to some of our clients and others. We are deeply sorry for that."
