Share your love story with Tiffany and Co.
Tiffany & Co.'s little blue boxes have long been synonymous with romance, but for the first time ever the iconic jewelry brand is allowing users to broadcast their love for all to see.
Couples can now submit their photos to a photo gallery called “True Love” at the brand's site whatmakeslovetrue.com.
“Adding personal portraits to the images of the many couples we’ve interviewed is a natural progression,” said Caroline Naggiar, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Tiffany & Co.
The site is “dedicated to the art of romance” and to “[revealing] the universal face of true love,” Naggiar said.
The gallery allows users to submit photos via the photo-sharing iPhone app, Instagram, or through Twitter using the #truelovepictures hashtag. Photos from couples around the world have been submitted to the site, which is updated multiple times daily.
Couples can also add a personal touch using graphics tools on the site and iPhone app, such as a filter or caption. The site features audio slideshows of how couples fell in love, music downloads and suggestions for places couples can explore in New York City.
If love birds happen to be in town, the Tiffany & Co. store on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue has a photo booth for the portraits, which can be uploaded to the site and printed for a special gift or memento.
