A charitable foundation started by Yonkers native Mary J. Blige is under financial scrutiny.
TD Bank is accusing the singer's women empowerment foundation of not repaying a $250,000 loan.
The organization is also accused of not filling tax returns for 2010 and has been hit with two lawsuits by musicians who say they weren't paid for benefit performances.
In a statement, Blige says the wrong people were in charge, but says she is ultimately responsible for her organization. She says she's working to make good on its obligations.
