'Shatner's Raw Nerve' welcomes Rush Limbaugh

Off the Wall celebrates bedfellows strange and sublime.

ALL-STAR RETURNS William Shatner and Rush Limbaugh, together at last! That's only the first pairing of the new season of acclaimed chatfest "Shatner's Raw Nerve" (tomorrow at 10 p.m., BIO), where a second episode at 10:30 welcomes Regis Philbin. "Spectacle: Elvis Costello With . . . " (Wednesday at 10 p.m., Sundance) launches a second season of music and talk with U2's Bono and The Edge, while upcoming hours promise legends like Bruce Springsteen, Lyle Lovett and Sheryl Crow. SERIES PREMIERES The futuristic comedy "Outer Space Astronauts" (Tuesday at 9:30 p.m., Syfy) mixes live-action and animation about a misfit crew, as produced in the creator's basement.
