"There's no truth to the reports," her rep told MTV, which airs her reality show.
Polizzi, 24, also denied it on Sirius XM Radio's "The Opie & Anthony Show" Wednesday, during an appearance alongside "Jersey Shore" cast mate Jenni "JWoww" Farley. "Does that mean they're calling me fat?" she asked. "So why would they say I'm pregnant if I look . . . ?" she added, trailing off. "That means that I have a belly."
Star magazine and its sister website, RadarOnline.com, reported Wednesday that Polizzi and her boyfriend of a year, Jionni LaValle, were expecting.
Helping fuel speculation was her Jan. 25 Facebook post "I feel sick," according to Radar, followed by another tweet about having a late-night craving for yogurt.
She dismissed the report on the radio show, saying, "Oh, I don't give a ---- ."
Meanwhile, Farley's former publicist, Todd Shapiro, helped organize a rally Wednesday in Franklin Square to announce a protest at Hoboken's city hall at noon Friday. Farley recently lived in Franklin Square, but it could not be determined if she still maintains a residence there.
Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer said a coalition of local officials were denying the "Jersey Shore" production company a permit to shoot one of its planned spinoffs starring Polizzi and Farley there. Zimmer cited the company's statement that shooting would "take place on an 'ad hoc' . . . unpredictable basis" with little site control, making "public safety planning almost impossible."
"They're just trying to say that they're too good for 'Jersey Shore,' " Shapiro said, adding, "It would bring millions of dollars of revenue into Hoboken."
