Todrick Hall doing a dramatic, almost R&B verison of "Somebody to Love" next on "American Idol," wearing a black shirt and white jeans. This is interesting. So different than what someone like Adam Lambert would do with Queen, but it's pretty well-performed. Not amazing, but more memorable than most of the other songs Wednesday night.

Randy says, "Todrick is back!" One of the best vocals recently by a guy, loved it. Ellen says you made it almost gospel. She said it worked and that he's very brave. Kara says it was good singing, moments when she didn't know whether to laugh or love it, soooo dramatic.

Simon says you're a Broadway singer, made an attempt to perform interestingly, may have saved you.
