CBS gives Robin Williams' 'The Crazy Ones' full season
There's no such thing as a free lunch in TV and certainly no such thing as a guarantee, but you'd at least expect that if your name was Robin Williams, your first TV series in decades would be rewarded with a full season.
Wish granted: CBS just handed "The Crazy Ones" exactly that, while "Moms" and "The Millers" --- also starring big names -- got pick ups as well. None of this is much of a surprise. They are all doing well -- while "The Crazy Ones" is doing especially well, thanks in part to real estate ("The Big Bang Theory" post position) with an average 13.7 million viewers so far.
