Johnny Carson, the greatest late night host in TV history and in the estimation of many, the greatest performer in TV history, began on "The Tonight Show" exactly 50 years ago Monday night. And Monday afternoon, for those fortunate enough to have wandered by Newsday's TVZone, we had a nice suprise: The very first three minutes of the show, or at least the first three minutes of audio. Any guesses who his very first guest was? Correct! It was Groucho Marx, another one of the greatest-of-all-timers. Where oh where did those 50 years go? At least for 30 of them, we had Johnny...
