Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt -- who are, I think we can all agree, a glam power couple if ever there was one -- are now about to become co-stars in "Martha Speaks."
"Martha Speaks:" A very cute cartoon/PBS series based on that wonderful books series about the dog that eats letters (out of soup, if memory serves) and can then speak.
They'll be in the President's Day/Feb. 20 episode, and here's what exec producer Carol Greenwald/news release says:
“Not only are they both great actors and very funny, but they do a wonderful job helping us teach kids new vocabulary words like audition and reunite. And Cora is a star in the making, stealing the spotlight from all of the (animated) human characters!” In the episode, Ham Johnson (Jon Hamm) and Kit Luntanne (Jennifer Westfeldt) are players in a traveling acting troupe's production of 'Antony and Cleopatra' that visits the series' fictional Wagstaff City. The couple's real life German shepherd mix Cora plays Kit's dog in the episode.
