Just a friendly viewer reminder: "Justified's" third wraps Tuesday night and - yes - a few major/minor questions are answered or resolved, primary among them: What happens to baby-blue-eyed killer Bobby Quarles - Neal McDonough? It's not giving away too much to say "something indeed happens"... Also: What about Arlo Givens (Raymond J. Barry) and his ties to Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins?) Is biz resolved between Boyd and Ellstin Limehouse (Mykelti Williamson)? Does Wynn Duffy (Jere Burns) survive? Do we - or does Bobby - hear anything else from Theo Tonin (Adam Arkin) the Detroit big who financed Quarles' crazy drug scheme?   Meanwhile, Raylan (Timothy Olyphant)...hey, haven't mentioned him yet...! Meanwhile, just a quick note on McDonough's Quarles: As always, a standout performance by a first-rate actor who brought this bad guy to life, in all his chirpy malevolence.
