Letterman: Halderman was to write book

A Norwalk judge today unsealed the search warrant of Joe Halderman's Norwalk home - and yes, the Smoking Gun, has the whole thing.

What's of interest? Where to begin - although the warrant is redacted in a couple of places. Notably, the warrant - issued Oct. 1 and executed by a pair of NYPD detectives - notes that Halderman was to also write a book about Letterman. As you know, Halderman was (alleged) to have handed Letterman a film treatment idea too.

What did the cops find? Two copies of the famous/infamous check; a photograph of "two (F) and one (M)" on the fridge; and, this, a checkbook under two people's names.  Halderman is clearly on the account, but another name has been blacked out. (Could that be Stephanie Birkitt?)
