New scary Jillian Michaels show

Jillian Michaels, who may well be the scariest person on TV - when she tells someone to get off their fat butt and get moving, l reflexively jump off the couch - is launching a new show for NBC.

It's called "Losing It," and yup, is clearly a spin-off of "TBL."

(I'm not sure how this'll affect her time on "TBL," but that show is pretty much her and Bob, so I'm sure she'll juggle both; this is an 8-episode order for '10.)

 Here's the propaganda from NBC:

"In the series, Michaels invades a different family every week to give them her own characteristic brand of tough love.  She will get to the bottom of the issues each family member faces -- ones that affect their health and happiness - and will arm them with the tools necessary to make life-altering changes.

"The series will also feature celebrity chef Curtis Stone who will enhance
Michaels' efforts by ridding the family's kitchen of all unhealthy foods and educating them on proper nutrition, healthy ingredients, cooking tips and recipes."

My question: Who would subject themselves to this? Have potential contestants never even seen or heard Jillian? Do they know what this sort of experience could be like?

  Are they crazy?

Here's a personal fantasy: What if the Heenes get ouf of jail and - before they launch their new series for Fox, or NBC, or TLC - spend a couple of weeks with Jillian? Great TV and it'll do 'em a world o' good.
