Does: Anyone really believe that all the "grief" Simon is getting over his Ringo comments has tied his tongue over Ellen DeGeneres?
Does: Anyone believe that he couldn't pick up the phone and call his PR person to say, "oh yes, we have to make a comment about Ellen, too?"
Does: Anyone believe that any controversy surrounding Simon vis a vis the Beatles and one of the most important releases of anything related to the Beatles since "The White Album" won't help him/"American Idol" /(and oh, I forgot to mention, Wednesday's "America's Got Talent" finale)/ and said release - not to mention the re-re-mastered releases, and you can get your choice in mono OR stero?
Does: Anyone still believe that Simon's silence/ reticence/ refusal to say anything about Ellen is perfectly normal?
If you do, then I love your innocence and joyful, youthful naivete.
