NEW YORK - A former Yonkers city councilwoman is getting closer to going to trial for corruption charges.
Sandy Annabi was in federal court this afternoon for a final pre-trial hearing before her bribery and extortion trial starts Feb. 15. The Democrat ex-council member is accused of taking about $170,000 to change her council vote on two controversial developments, including the huge Ridge Hill project.
Annabi has denied all charges.
