Community Profile
A short-term moratorium on subdivisions in the city of Glen Cove is allowing the government to analyze growth and its impact on the community, said Mayor Ralph Suozzi.
Other initiatives include restoring Morgan Park and enhancing the thriving district along School Street. "We're taking care of all things big and small," Suozzi said.
This ethnically diverse Gold Coast community has a variety of housing choices, including single- and two-family homes, co-ops, high-end condos and apartment rentals.
