GREENWICH - Greenwich police have closed their investigation into the suicide of a teen following the first day of school.

Police say they found no criminal aspect in the death of Bart Palosz. The department says it closed the investigation because it does not investigate bullying, only crimes.

The Office of the Chief State Medical Examiner ruled the death a suicide.

Palosz's family says he killed himself on the first day of school because he was bullied. Many students at Palosz's high school say they can't believe no one was arrested for bullying Palosz.

Police say the case is being handed over to the Greenwich town attorney to determine if there was a bullying aspect involved.
