Having fun while learning in Portuguese school

At my Portuguese school in Farmingville, you can learn Portuguese and have fun doing it because it is easy and you get to play games with all your classmates.

You also can draw, and you get snacks like cookies and candy.

You learn new words every day. But the words aren't always easy because there are so many verbs to learn! Portuguese words are sometimes hard to pronounce.

There are nine grades, and you start going to school when you are a fourth-grader (that way you aren't too confused by learning two languages). You continue taking classes right up to when you graduate from high school, which means you can go for nine years.

I am only in the first grade, but I still know a lot of Portuguese, thanks to my teacher, Maria.
