Father and son

Thadd McNamara, 68, of Rolling Hills Estates visits his son, Sean, 43, at the Intercommunity Care Center in Long Beach on May 8. Sean McNamara was beaten by other inmates at a Los Angeles County jail in June 2005. He suffered severe brain damage as a result of the attack. The county has agreed to pay nearly a million dollars to settle a suit in the case.
