Jennifer Garner
Many of our favorite film and television stars got their start in the theater. Rugged Morgan Freeman once sang and danced in the chorus of "Hello, Dolly!" And Megan Mullally, the helium voiced star of "Will & Grace," was one of the Pink Ladies in the 1994 revival of "Grease." Now, after winning awards for their work out west, they have returned to the Rialto and hope to be in contention for Broadway's biggest prize – the Tony Award. Others, like Claire Danes and Jennifer Garner (pictured), hoping to show off their acting chops, made their Broadway debuts this season taking on iconic roles in revivals of classic plays. And they too would love the seal of approval that comes with a Tony nomination.
