As you shop for summer's latest trends this holiday weekend, why not support a good American cause? A new line of Target products is making it easy to help others in need.

The retailer has partnered with Feed USA, an initiative by designer Lauren Bush Lauren's nonprofit foundation to create a limited-edition line of clothing, accessories and home products that will provide meals for American families, and antihunger awareness. Every item has a number printed on either the tag or the item itself, signifying the number of meals that the purchased item will provide.

The do-good line includes more than 50 items ranging from clothing for men, women and children to totes and kitchen bakeware, and there are a few fun patriotic-themed picks.

They're for sale now at Target stores and target.com. Check out some of our favorite products in the gallery, attached.
